The last page featuring Frank Frazetta's "The Death dealer " I did for a short homage story for the mighty fantasy art maestro Sir Frank Frazetta. A short comic dedicated in his memory, written by my friend Soumya Sucharit Das & illustrated by me. I did the pencils digitally & then colored it.

R.I.P Sir Frank Frazetta.

My run on Shamik Dasgupta's idea for a desi witchblade.

My run on SCD's new costume. Again just for fun :)

Some character explorations & studies of Raj comic's one of the most popular character Super Commando Dhruva. Just for fun :)

The Wendigo character exploration.

Again concept character explorations for the same.

Concept characters explorations
Wierd S.O.B by Karbon85.

Again some other studies for the previous mentioned project.

Some more illustrations for a project.

Some old work I did for a rough concept. I like doing B/w art more than colored ones.

Rough pencil's for some rough concept. Not that roughly done but it's rough.........yea

Lord Shiva & Parvati throwing their kid away. Don't ask me why ? I've give answer already...
Again writer Saurav Mohapatra :)

Another page for Andhaka digitally pencilled & inked by me. Colored by Gopal. Here Andhaka kills her own mother. Why? same answer as was before. Go get the book & figure out ;p
The book was meant for all ages so we couldn't show blood. Hence we tricked them by showing white blood ( I know it's disgusting, but it's done now).

First page of the story. Shiva turning his own son Andhaka into ashes by openening his deadliest third eye. Why? I'm not gonna tell hehe go read the book yourself ;p
My first digital comic page ever. I pencilled it on bamboo fun if I'm remembering correct. Guided by my Guru Mr. Siju Thomas. Colors by Gopal, good job there buddy :)

Andhaka : The third son of lord Shiva, the god of destruction. It was the next title after Hanuman that I did for Deepak Chopra's India Authentic . It was issue no. 12. This image was not a part of the original comic book. I did it just for exploration while learning some tips & tricks from my another guru Mr. Siju Thomas. I was lucky to have him there in the studio. He taught me a lot :)

This was just a photo retouching experiment over my cousin brother's photo pic. It was horribly treated but I somehow managed to make it look like this.

I remember this page was a tough one as I have to show a lot in this one. I somehow managed to do it. It was a big relief when they liked it.

Just forgot to mention that this book was written by my another favourite writer Saurav Mohapatra . This was my first comic internationally & I was lucky to have him as the writer of the book. Jyotsna & Arul again at there awesomeness with me :D

This was my favourite page from the book that I did. Awesome work done by Jyotsna & Arul on inks & Colors. I'm glad that they were there with me :)

I remember doing pencil's for Deepak Chopra's India Authentic #11 - Hanuman for Virgin comics. This was pencilled by me ,inked by Jyotsna V Domse & colored by Arul Kumar at Virgin studios in banglore. Those were some real good times :)

This splash page is next in the series of 2 pages of fan art for Ramayana 3392 A.D. This page was also pencilled & inked by me digitally , while it was colored by my other dear friend Bibo who's incredibally talented. Doing these two pages was some real fun :)

This is a test post from flickr, a fancy photo sharing thing.

Now this here is the b/w page that I pencilled & inked digitally.

Ramayana 3392 A.D fan art

Beginning my blog with this image. This is a fan art of Virgin comic's super title Ramayana 3392 A.D . Written by Shamik Dasgupta & illustrated beautifully by Abhishek Singh. I did it just for fun & to fulfill my urge to draw something on this title. Penciled & inked by me digitally while this page was colored by my dear talented friend Soumen Majumdar. We were guided by the sereis original writer Shamik Dasgupta himself. This page was really fun :)
